Ariel Gail
Professor Gail S. Goodman is Distinguished Professor of Psychology and Director of the Center for Public Policy Research at the University of California Davis. She is widely acknowledged as a pioneer in the field of child witnesses and eyewitness memories in the legal setting. Professor Goodman is a prolific author and has been awarded numerous prizes and grants. She has been consulted by numerous governments and agencies throughout the world on policies and research concerning children as victims in the legal system. She acts as a consultant for the Special Assault Forensic Evaluation Center of Sacramento County Child Protective Services (formerly Multidisciplinary Interview Center). She was a part of numerous professional associations which include those of the Association for Psychological Science and American Psychological Association.
